“You are the expert on your own life. My role is to work beside you—not to judge, chastise, or tell you who to be.”
Rare specialized expertise in Pennsylvania
Tyese is one of fewer than 65 professionals in Pennsylvania trained to treat problem gambling.
As a Certified Problem Gambling Treatment Provider, she offers knowledgeable, nonjudgmental support for individuals and families affected by gambling-related harm.
Meet Tyese
I approach counseling as a partnership. Together, we examine the thoughts, beliefs, and experiences that shape how you feel and respond—then develop practical ways to help you live more intentionally.
My work is strongly influenced by Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, person-centered counseling, and years of specialized experience in substance use, recovery, drug and alcohol assessments, and problem gambling treatment.
You will be treated as a whole person—not a diagnosis. You can expect directness, compassion, humor when appropriate, and a space where you can speak openly without fear of judgment.
